IIST's core technology revolves around the utilization of Physically Unclonable Function (PUF), a recently novel concept akin to the uniqueness of human fingerprints. PUF leverages the inherent physical variations present in different silicon chips, creating what is commonly referred to as "chip fingerprints" or "chip DNA." Building upon PUF's foundation, IIST combines the distinct DNA of each chip with true random digital codes and a state-of-the-art "security algorithm" embedded directly into the chip, resulting in the creation of the next-generation PUF-based hardware security technology and a series of security module chips.

Taiwan Intelligent Pollutant Sensing Co., Ltd., dedicated to the research and development of both low-power, miniaturized, affordable gas sensors and gas sensing technology. Our Lithium battery thermal runaway early warning module can detect abnormal gas emissions (specifically hydrogen gas) from Lithium batteries, thereby ensuring the safety and integrity of lithium battery system. The module has been verified by third party and in the trial production stage, with customers already employing in Energy storage system.

YLTLink was founded on 27 September 2018 and relocated the company to Hsinchu Science Park in March 2021 after obtaining permission from the Ministry of Science and Technology.
