Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center
Assist in promoting university innovation and entrepreneurship activities, with responsibilities including innovation and entrepreneurship training, innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, and more. The goal is to provide comprehensive support and services for innovation and entrepreneurship activities for both students and faculty within the university.

Mainly responsible for faculty and student entrepreneurship course training and resource networking
Provide a platform and resource network for faculty and students’ entrepreneurship, organize innovation and entrepreneurship training courses, events, and lectures. Additionally, assist in preparing business plans (market exploration, technology valuation, transfer processes, business strategy guidance, fundraising support, product and service validation, etc.) to accelerate faculty and student entrepreneurship and create new startup value. -
Organize Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
Responsible for organizing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and related marketing, exhibition, and promotion planning. Encourage and support innovation and entrepreneurship activities among faculty and students and promote the development of NYCU’s entrepreneurial spirit and culture. -
Manage innovation incubation spaces
Plan specialized incubation areas and value chain resources to recruit high-quality startup teams for residency and guide companies in expanding market opportunities and preparing for internationalization. Actively connect NYCU’s industry-academia resources and become a key R&D partner for startups, providing an operational environment that supports rapid growth and expansion.
