Provide a platform and resource network for faculty and students’ entrepreneurship, organize innovation and entrepreneurship training courses, events, and lectures. Additionally, assist in preparing business plans (market exploration, technology valuation, transfer processes, business strategy guidance, fundraising support, product and service validation, etc.) to accelerate faculty and student entrepreneurship and create new startup value.

Responsible for organizing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and related marketing, exhibition, and promotion planning. Encourage and support innovation and entrepreneurship activities among faculty and students and promote the development of NYCU’s entrepreneurial spirit and culture.

Plan specialized incubation areas and value chain resources to recruit high-quality startup teams for residency and guide companies in expanding market opportunities and preparing for internationalization. Actively connect NYCU’s industry-academia resources and become a key R&D partner for startups, providing an operational environment that supports rapid growth and expansion.
