Responsible for formulating industry-academia collaboration plans, determining the direction and goals of the collaboration; assisting relevant colleges and industries in cooperation, including on-the-job training for corporate employees, such as advanced talent training programs, and creating plans that meet the needs of both parties. -
Corporate Relationship Management
Maintain diverse and multi-level interactions with the industry. Actively assist companies with challenges encountered in industry-academia collaboration, enhance their willingness to continue cooperation, and establish long-term, stable partnerships. Future inclusion of services for corporate members. -
Industry-Academia Collaboration Venue Planning and Operations
Responsible for managing on-campus industry-academia collaboration spaces and creating venues that meet industry needs. Including the Shilin Campus Innovation Research Building and Global Innovation Center at TaoYuan Campus. Responsible for investment promotion and engagement with industry partners.

R&D Outcome Marketing and Promotion
Responsible for transforming industry-academia outcomes into tangible commercial value, promoting these results, assisting research and development teams with development planning, and expanding the benefits of industry-academia collaboration. -
International Industry-Academia Collaboration
Strengthen communication with international markets, expand international cooperation platforms, enhance the breadth and depth of international industry-academia collaboration, initiate practical cooperation, and promote international technological innovation and industrial development. -
Evaluation and Recommendation of Research Outcomes Projects
Identifies promising academic research projects for evaluation and mentoring, organizes training programs, review meetings, and industry expert consultations, and facilitates government-supported initiatives that help translate academic and research achievements toward commercialization.

Review Method:
- Applications recommended by the GLORIA-NYCU are reviewed in March and September every year. The review process includes document screening, business training, and panel evaluation, with experts from relevant fields invited to serve as members of the review committee.
