Note:

1.The on-site incubation model can be categorized into faculty and student startups (including spin-off startups), alumni startups, and general resident enterprises, based on the target of incubation. A faculty and student startup refers to a company whose responsible person or founding shareholder is a current student, faculty, or staff member of the university. An alumni startup refers to a company whose responsible person or founding shareholder is an alumnus/alumna of the university, holding at least 20% of the company’s shares.

2.According to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance, innovation incubation refers to the research and development technologies or business consulting and guidance provided by the school to nurture new ventures, products, technologies, and assist small and medium-sized enterprises in upgrading and transformation. This includes business support, administrative support, and information support, excluding the provision of space and equipment. Therefore, for resident companies providing operational and business development plans, the incubation service fees and review fees fall under the tax-exempt category, while the facility fees are subject to taxation.

3.Space rental  fee refers to the charges for using the space and equipment facilities within the Office of Industrial-Academia Co-creation  incubation area.
The Office of Industrial-Academia Co-creation may adjust the space rental fee in accordance with the relevant government regulations and the announced land value of the incubator's location, the principles of revenue from state-owned public properties, and the rental rates for state-owned land approved by the Executive Yuan.
4.Counseling fees and service fees refer to the costs required for the professional consulting, funding matchmaking, and other advisory services provided by the Office of Industrial-Academia Co-creation to the resident enterprises, which are considered research-related labor services. The Office of Industrial-Academia Co-creation provides the following basic services:
   (1)Consultation and assistance in business planning.
   (2)Consultation and assistance for technology development and improvement.
   (3)Assistance in connection to funding channels.
   (4)Training courses related to business administration.
   (5)Guidance in writing business plans, assistance with company registration(Limited to entrepreneurial teams that have passed the university’s 「Main Points for Examination of Entrepreneurial Team for Incorporation Registration」) or business registration procedures.
   (6)Assistance with organizing training and promotional activities.
   (7)General administrative support.
   (8)Other related services.
5.To encourage entrepreneurship among the university’s faculty and students (including spin-off startups) and alumni, eligible first-time resident will enjoy the following benefits. However, Partner Organization are not eligible for these benefits.

1. Xuefu, Guangfu, Si-Soft and Jhih-Ho incubation areas：Entrepreneurial teams formed by the university’s faculty and students (including spin-off  startups) can enjoy a 20% discount on the Space Rental Fee for the first three years of occupancy.
2. Bo-Ai incubation areas：Entrepreneurial teams formed by the university’s faculty and students (including spin-off startups) can enjoy a 20%          discount on the Space Rental Fee, Counseling fees and service fees for the first three years of occupancy. From the fourth to the sixth year, they can enjoy a 10% discount on the same fees.
3. Bo-Ai incubation areas：Alumni startups are eligible for a 10% discount on the Space Rental Fee, Counseling fees and service fees.

6.Meeting room rental fee refers to the cost of using the spaces provided by each incubation area for meetings, training, events, exhibitions, and other purposes.

The Office of Industrial-Academia Co-creation offers a certain number of free meeting room sessions to tenant companies, with the number of free sessions determined by each incubation area. Startup teams and student organizations that have obtained approval from the Office of Industrial-Academia Co-creation are also eligible for free usage benefits.

7.The fee standard for early stage entrepreneurship incubation is similar to that of on-site incubation.
8.Consultation for service-only incubation is provided once a month as the standard procedure.
9.Applications for company address registration at Xuefu, Guangfu, Bo-Ai and Jhih-Ho incubation areas are only available to startups that have passed the university's 「Main Points for Examination of Entrepreneurial Team for Incorporation Registration」.

Note:
1. Electricity fee: is charged separately by electricity meter. Electricity fee will be calculated by Party A according to the readings from the electricity meters each month.

2. Public electricity and water expenses shall be apportioned based on floor area or Allocated based on power usage.
3. Other items will be charged based on the actual occurrence of business needs, including but not limited to photocopying fees (per page), access card production fees, etc.
