Thereby is achieved a SiNx/InAlGaN/GaN heterostructure having an ultrathin barrier layer, which is suitable to fabricate HEMT elements. The present invention needn't take sample out of the reaction chamber and thus can prevent the heterostructure from oxidation and damage.

The control circuit includes a microfluidic control and location sensing circuit, storage circuit, and temperature control circuit. The microfluidic control and location sensing circuit moves a sample within an enabling period of a microfluidic control signal and detects a capacitance value between the microfluidic electrode and the top plate within an enabling period of a location control signal. The storage circuit outputs the capacitance value, reads in the sample operation setup, and reads in the heating control setup within different enabling periods of the clock. The temperature control circuit determines either on or off according to the heating control setup within an enabling period of a heating control signal.
醫藥 ANIMAL MODEL FOR HEPATPCELLULAR CARCINOMA AND USES THEREOF 吳肇卿,邱昱維/US US 12,349,665 B2/2025-07-08 The invention provides an animal model for hepatocellular carcinoma and uses thereof. The genome of the animal model includes a hepatitis B virus genome and a single set of endogenous miR-122 that is partially deleted. Due to the early and high incidence of spontaneous hepatocellular carcinoma in the animal model and its abnormal fat metabolism, the animal model can be used to screen candidate agents for prevention or treatment of hepatitis B virus and hepatocellular carcinoma or other diseases or to develop uses for diagnosis and prediction of hepatocellular carcinoma.

The second sensing device senses the second footstep locomotion of another of the feet of the user seated in the physical environment to generate and transmit a second stepping signal to the virtual reality device. The virtual reality device navigates the virtual environment in a virtual locomotion mode based on a combination of the first stepping signal and the second stepping signal.
