講者: Simon Siah, Design Thinking Facilitator and Adjunct Lecturer

Simon是一位資深設計思考導師、培訓師、兼任講師與新創業師，擁有超過二十年的領導、創新與創業經驗，橫跨企業、公部門、新創及社會影響領域。作為淡馬錫理工學院、南洋理工學院與新加坡理工學院的兼任講師，Simon與青年及職涯初期專業人士密切合作，透過體驗式與專題導向方式，教授設計思考、創新與創業相關課程。

He is an experienced Design Thinking facilitator, trainer, adjunct lecturer, and startup mentor with over two decades of leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship experience across corporate, public sector, startup, and social impact environments. As an adjunct lecturer with Temasek Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, and Singapore Polytechnic, Simon works closely with youths and early-career professionals, facilitating experiential, project-based learning in design thinking, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
